*Anyone who's signed up: Can you please tell us Slickdealers if you get a T-Mobile login (i.e. the number is registered to your name), or is it like Harbor Mobile where you really don't get access to T-mo, and the number is not officially "owned" by you?

*Potentially anecdotal evidence* : So I've been a customer for a little over a week now. Cell service itself is great. As great as Tmo post paid service. You get the 10GB stash, you get your own 10GB of data, etc. Name Called ID is still a bit screwy but I think that's just a fact of the deal of Smartel, Harbor, etc. Number caller ID is obviously fine.
Had a few billing issues and mishaps (cancelled/renewed/got charged twice), so I had to resort to customer service. It is slow, about a 24 hour turn around. Though the last few rounds was like 30 mins turn around. Long story short, they fixed up the mishaps and everything is dandy now. I would chalk it to a start up growing pains. The good news for us customers is that they at least seem like they're customer service oriented (or maybe it's just my case, but hopefully not). Very happy now. Hopefully this lasts longer than Harbor and/or we get grandfathered in by papa Tmo if shit hits the fan.
