I am looking to upgrade from my current phone to something better. I was looking at the site today and looks like they have some good deals for existing customers (hoping that is the case for everyone out there)

The deal is available on T-Mobile.com (I am an existing customer and saw this when I logged into the site and went for a Phone upgrade) and it says it is Web only offer only available when you go for installments.

Samsung S6 is priced at $499 (32GB) and there is a special offer of $80 off for a total price of $420 + taxes (not sure for how long) when you go for the monthly payment plan

Similarly new Samsung S5 is $399 - $80 off for a total price of $320+taxes. I have not seen these phones for this price from T-Mobile so thought of sharing with the community.

$80 off is knocked off at the checkout screen. (Check the attachment)

My first deal posting so please don't be nasty.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

An $80 "down payment" charge appears once you agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. You must accept to place an order.

The website says $399 after the $80 rebate for the S5, and $499 after the $80 rebate for the S6.

Yep, unless the OP has a link with a lower starting price, that's what I see also.

Edit:

Well, when you log in you do see the $399 price. I don't see the $16.67 a month dropping to $13.33 however. Does that come in a later screen? I don't want to go through the whole process online.

The $80 is already baked in. You pay $499 in full or monthly $499 ($20.83 x 24).

T-mo Nazi: "No existing customer discount for you."

Edit: I could be wrong though, pls. upload checkout screen to validate VIP status.

To the OP's defense, every tmo's deal is confusing as hell. It's their bait and switch method perfected. Where there is no bait, just the illusion of one.

Having said that, it's still a good price at $499.
