Saw this earlier this morning on one of those annoying Facebook ads. Been waiting months with a leaky disposal for this one to go back on sale.

Got this on a lightning deal probably close to a year ago. It's been fantastic. Flawless operation, easy to install, and fairly quiet for the size of the unit.

Got one. TU and thanks OP. I have a 1.25 hp that I thought was so great, I bought another for our beach house. A Titan from Costco. The locking ring housing cracked and it started leaking....the one is holding up but I think it's only a short time for this world.
I'm keeping g this one in the garage as backup.

This thing is huge but I will give it an awesome rating on performance. When it runs, it does produce vibrations but guts anything you put in it. Vibrations caused this disposal to drop once. To be fair, it is possible that mine may not have been installed properly. Our handyman installed it. But I put it up again and it took me only 30 min to do it. Few things to note: When I installed the sink flange, I removed the rubber gasket that came with the unit and used silicone caulk instead. The flange sits much better now. Make sure that you have enough space under your sink. I have a full size cabinet under mine and this thing is only about 3 inches above the bottom of the shelf. Love the price and performance though.

Same one I bought from Amazon a few years back for $137. Worth the price, powerful and quiet.

I installed this on the pipe below the toilet. Now I can drop Pringles can-sized turds, and not have to bother with double flushing.

They should rename this thing "The Fargo", it rips through anything and asks for more. These Waste King disposals are worlds apart from those cheap POS Badgers they put in new homes, best part is they actually cost less for the same HP on a consistent basis.

I've had 1/2 hp model for about two years and the thing is a beast, the only, and I mean only, thing that threw me off was the sink flang opening is actually smaller than the Badger that lasted in my new home build for 4 years. I used to be able to put my hand down there and grab items that would fall like coins or what not, now I have to take the rubber baffel out to shove my hand down there, or get the wife to do it.

Great disposer. I bought this for similar price used like new Amazon Warehouse a couple years ago. Mine was the plug in type and I didn't have a plug so I rewired it for direct wire. It's been great, it handles almost anything and is more quiet than the POS Badger I had.

I had two Badgers in a row fail prematurely those things are garbage. Do yourself a favor and get this instead.

The only thing is it will take up more room under the sink than a 1/2 HP or 3/4 HP POS Badger but that's to be expected.
