Call T-Mobile @ 1.877.453.1304, ask for Retention/Loyalty Dept. The deal is definitely legitimate. Got 2 phones for $35.01 out-the-door, total taxes, fees, and shipping already included. I charged the total fees to my credit card. Promotion runs for 2 days, ending today Sept. 01, 2015, midnight Pacific time zone, but the T-Mobile department closes at 10pm, PST. Thus, promotion still has a little under 21 hrs. left to run, as it's now 4:11AM, EST. Good luck to anyone who wants one. Enjoy!

Good phone for the price if one can duplicate your deal.

It's a pretty low end phone FYI.

If you bought a high end smartphone three years ago , your old phone will still be better than this one.

screen is not very impressive. 1gb of ram. slower cpu.

I like the Moto G in this price range much better. It may not support a couple t-mobile features, but it's a better phone for a lot less money. The moto g has band 12, and G prime does not. The moto g is a no brainer compared to this phone.

Grand Prime and Leon are entry level and heavily discounted due to low resolution screen, poor speakers, and filled with non removable (unless rooted) bloatware. Forgot to add the cameras on both are dismal. I had both and returned them. T-Mo are not doing themselves any favors with these low end offerings. Moto G is a much better choice.

On the T-Mobile site it says it has 1.5GB RAM and a quad core 1.2 GHz processor. I find that completely acceptable for a phone which ends up costing under $30...

How did you get the credit portion? Did the representative just give it to you or are you in the JUMP! program?

Did you speak to regular customer service or retentions? Did the representative just offer up the credit or did you have to ask for it? If so what did you say?

Not really. I think you have to be with Tmobile for the 24 months to make it really free, but you are paying them for their service. If you quit after one month, I'm pretty sure they won't credit you for the rest of the payment and it's all on you. It's kind of like a contract while it's not. Another way of locking you in.

Of course, all this don't matter if you are with Tmobile anyways.

Tmobile LG G3 is frontpage for $250 right now. That's a hell of a phone at a hell of a price. Whatever this deal was = BAD.
