Hard to say...what might be a great mag to one person, is useless for another.

If you're trying to decide, you might want to go to the library (or a store) and flip thru the different magazines - you'll be able to tell pretty quickly which ones have recipes you would be interested in trying.

I actually don't like the recipes in either magazine. Ha! I'm more likely to use the recipes in Bon Appetit, than Eating Well. The cooking magazines I subscribe to, and enjoy the recipes from, are Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Saveur, Food Network, Martha Stewart Living, and Cooking Light.

I think the best thing you can do eat better/more healthy, is to cook simply, use little to no prepared/packaged foods, eat more vegetables (and cook them simply w/out a lot of fat etc). Everything in moderation. Just my two cents on that! Smilie

My sister gets Weight Watchers...and I think it could be a good magazine if you're following the program. I dunno - wasn't impressed with the publication.

Shoot, this is already expired? I just flipped through Eating Well and love it/wanted to buy. Not for the full $15 or whatever it is discountmags normally charges though. Meh.
