wont happen with a 0%Apr
that's the trade off.
either 0%apr OR a nice sign up bonus.

Just never carry a balance and apr doesnt matter anyways.

I would read up on millionmilesecrets and thepointsguy for all current deals, tips and tricks and values and what each card offers for you and what type of travel destinations you are looking for.

Generally,

Any United card with 50k or more mile offers
Any AA card with 50k or more mile offers are good.

And chase sapphire that gives 40k points which xfer 1 to1 into united miles.

These should all have 1st year waived AF .

There is a current slickdeal citi card.. if the offer page ever comes alive again, which equals 750 in airlines travel as the bonus
