Its at 6.74 per box of 20, 50 boxes = $337. Code 5TENOFF gets 10% off, free shipping, add tax, mine came to $323 shipped. Wolf brass 223 runs about 30 cents per, this would be about 32 cents, for a few pennies get decent stuff, and its 5.56 vs 223. Credit to slickguns

Which one did you get? Is that 65 grain one a misprint?

Please remember that you can use .223 in 5.56, but you cannot use 5.56 in a .223 rifle, due to 5.56 generates more pressure.

Just to be clear, this isn't always the case -- to be sure, you have to check the specifics of YOUR RIFLE. E.g., you may have a rifle chambered for a Remington .223, that may very well be built to withstand the additional ballistic pressures of a 5.56 NATO.

The short answer, check the specifics of your rifle.

...BTW, slickdeals, this for sure a front page deal, what happens here? 72 likes still not make FP? Don't tell me just because it's ammunition.

California would become a gun friendly state before that happened.

TU for the deal. Was going to jump on this but remembered I already have 1000 rounds sitting in a corner that I keep getting nagged about.

It's weird. I showed $8 something per box. Added 50 to cart, where it showed up as $6.74 as per OP + 19.99 for shipping. Then I applied the 5TENOFF 10% off promo, and the total came out to $303.00.

The promo didn't give me 10% off, but rather waived the shipping. Odd. Hell, I'm happy with $0.303 per round.
