thats as cheap as my 13 inch mbpr bought stacking two coupons plus my $100+ rewards and cashback. wow.
on the side note, this base model really has no real advantage over 13 inch 256gb model so its a bit tough. 16gb ram? if you wanted powerhouse you wouldnt be going for this base model with limited storage and no gpu anyway..and for portability, it is well, not portable while its little sibling does pretty much all this can without a hiccup. kind of a weird beast.
