Ignore comments from

anonrussia and OnBrink

They seem to be more of sleeper users who get automatically activated when there is
a deal for TorGuard posted. And they have all the positive posts about TorGuard

This is a paid advertisement from them, please check reliability from other experienced users here before deciding on the service

I'm not too sure about that. They sell a separate privacy bundle that includes both.

Is TorGuard a good service to use for complete 100% anonyminity? I heard that using VPN connections there can sometimes be leaks where your true IP address is revealed.

Thank you for posting this. That seems pretty shady to me......

I'm a PIA user and had considered TorGuard.

I've been using them for about 6 months and the service has been terrific. Good speed and 100% reliable.

speeds are never an issue as overcrowding is not being down.
even when i am across the world, connecting to west coast gets you Hulu without buffering
they just added i think 100 servers in Atlanta, LA and NY so thats good news

I have a PIA subscription that is running out and debating if I should stay with them or switch.

My main concerns with PIA is their app on windows can be garbage. Seems like it runs crazy high memory use and sometimes won't disconnect, stop. When I try task manager killing it, it just keeps opening a new version. Can be frustrating at times. TorGuard any better?

Also, I recently made a linux kodi box that was also going to be my vpn server for downloading stuff. When I went to PIAs site for linux installation instructions, they were outdated and didn't work. I am pretty sure I can figure it out, but is TorGuard better here? This was just last week, so I haven't played around with it too much, I think I just need to read more about OpenVPN and either service would go through there.

TorGuard has their app TorGuard LITE on all platforms
it never crashed, not even once
but you can also use official OpenVPN app from openvpn.net with their configs
that also works really well
as far as the kodi goes, i do have DDWRT router that is running VPN on the router itself, so connecting your box to it would work like a charm
you can get pre-configured routers for as low as 50$ from their store, or you can try to install vpn on the box itself
depends on how valuable your time is
