I found this in the Henrietta NY store with all the other garage door openers. Bought two with three more left on the shelf.

Regular price $248.00. Not available online.

Same price at my local HD. Solid deal if you don't need a backup battery.

Thanks. I went to my store in Clarence NY and picked up 3. They show 3 more in stock but you might have to ask the guy in millwork where they are. The seem to be in different clearance sections other than where the garage door openers are. Also shows 6 in Amherst NY.

Heads up if your door is taller than 7 feet. An extension kit almost $50. The bar comes in sections. I would think they could have figured a way to make the system adjustable right out of the box.

Based off that tag if you wait a week or two it will drop down to around $62.

Are Chamberlain and Liftmaster the same thing?

Will this work for a heavy solid wood garage door. I currently have a Liftmaster Professional Formula 1 but it's been 7+ years and it needs to be replaced. I was recommended to get 3/4 p opener carriage type, or something like that.

Also, how hard is it to swap out openers?

So is liftmaster like a higher line of chamberlain?

With wifi, does it mean these will not work with cars with Homelink?

How can you tell it going lower?

It has homelink yet one reviewer says "Will not connect to my 2008 Dodge or 2010 Chevrolet vehicles with built in garage door openers."

They changed the frequency used for the openers in around 2013 for the new Security 2.0 thing.
If you have a car from 2007-2009 you can get a repeater for shipping, otherwise it's like 25+shipping.
I have a new house and an older car (2012 Lexus) which the homelink doesn't work with the door for this reason. Installed the repeater, now getting "random" (to me) door openings from other people using their openers. Removed repeater, now just pissed off . My model is Liftmaster 8355. See this thread for more info: http://www.clublexus.com/forums/r...0-a-5.html
