What is the best providers for Sprint Prepaid phones and Verizon Prepaid Phones?

I know theres Freedompop, RingPlus, and Pageplus but the first 2, which I thought all this time that Ringplus was a provider of there own but seems they act off of VoIP as Freedompop does and has it where when you call somebody that instead of hearing a standard, "ring ring" you hear music or ad services unlike Freedompop, Ive tried freedompop out and it does alright, Ive got a Verizon Prepaid phone, just waiting for the 6 month after activation to let go so I can try pageplus out....

Can you all name any good MVNO providers or even GSM Providers for AT&T and Tmobile also? along with which uses VoIP (Data) and which ones dont. List them all here and your experiences and which you best prefer and which ones you had problems with, with pros and cons and all that good stuff to give me and possibly others a good recommendation on which is the best from experience from all you SD'ers! =)

Thanks again!

The four main carriers in US are

AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon

All others are MVNO including PagePlus, FreedomPop and Ring+

Refer to the following websites which might provide better explanation than what I can

Thank you, I sure do appreciate it.... Can you activate a phone through one of the providers and not pay, just activate then just use a permanent phone number through them and transfer it to one of the MVNO's?
