Powercolor PCS+ R9 390 triple fan video card 289.99ar plus $5 shipping (if you don't have premiere) + a 3500mah "power station". Card seems pretty good, and it's pretty good at ocing. This is the cheapest I've come across a R9 390 since I've been looking. It may not be the slickest deal, but if your getting impatient waiting for a super slick deal on an R9 390, it will do.

That may have been true, but after reading every review online that I could find, and every customer review on Amazon and Newegg, they seem to have turned things around and did a great job on this card. After researching the 390's far more than anybody should, I'm feeling confident in this card.

They have been around FOREVER. I own a powecolor r9 285, works perfect, sexy card. Owned a power color gpu back in the early 2001. They're your basic korean/chinese card maker with extremly limited support/english speaking, and their product specs are usually basic.

This has been the going price for a couple weeks now. If you need a card, sure feel free. I wouldnt consider this slick, it's more of the normal low price.

Gigabyte same price:

Bear in mind--the 300-series drivers are still pretty unstable. Might get better soon, hopefully.

The PCS+ has a very good cooler. Much better than their two fan model the turbo duo.

As much as I want to upgrade from my 290, I'm just gonna wait for DX12 to come out

Yeah, you should hold on to your 290 as long as you can, especially if you're interested in the next Nvidia generation.
