What in the world is BrowserAir & how do I get rid of it?

topaz 1,032 494 September 7, 2015 at 07:37 PM
My computer running Win 8 was acting very oddly so I refreshed it.

Normally, when I do that, it runs perfectly again, but this time after I downloaded Google Chrome, BrowserAir popped up and everytime I try to get Chrome to open, this thing opens instead.

I went to the add/remove programs, removed it, but it is still here and still doing what it was before and I cannot get to Chrome.

Possibly it is a perfectly good browser, but since it is so demanding, I don't like it taking control like this.

HELP!
