Lumen Trails is a very versatile omni tracker/GTD organizer for iOS devices. It has excellent reviews and is normally $19.99. Today, you can get it for free: https://itunes.apple.co
Note: There are several iterations of the app—the one that is available for free today is called “Lumen Trails Weight Tracker”. But I gather that the only difference between the various versions apart from the icon color is the suggested category list that it comes with. These lists are fully customizable, which means all of the iterations are essentially the same. So even if you have no interest in tracking your weight or workouts, this version will enable you to track/organize whatever you want. It’s kind of ironic (and confusing) that they offer all of these different versions because one of their selling points is that it’s a single app that does it all:
The beauty of Lumen Trails is that you can track absolutely anything. Instead of having one app for your to-do lists, one for tracking expenses, another one for tracking your weight, you can declutter your home screen and just have one app that does it all. It lets you take notes, make lists and keep track of other things in your life, such as time, workouts, expenses, calories, food, weight, sleep or anything else you can think of. Thousands of people use it every day, and they love it because it truly makes a difference in their lives.
Designed exclusively for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, Lumen Trails is incredibly powerful and easy to use. It can even backup your data automatically to Google Drive, sync with iCloud, and is fully accessible with Apple VoiceOver in 8 languages. There’s nothing that comes even close to it. And to top it all, your data is not locked on your iPhone. You can export it to Excel or Google Docs!
You can also embed photos, videos, voice memos and maps in your notes. Other iOS tools such as the stopwatch and reminders are integrated.
I just discovered the app, so unfortunately I won’t be able to answer questions about it, but I did find a video that gives an idea of what can be done with it: m/watch?v=ItLWDny6riM/URL
Also, from reading the reviews, I gather that this app is even more versatile than it first appears. People are using it to track info about customers, clients, students, kids, and more. And I like that it comes with the ability to password protect sensitive info.
Wishing you all a great day!
