FYI: This phone cannot be used for Sprint Post-Paid plans. Meaning if you currently have a Sprint contract, you cannot upgrade your phone with this one as Sprint Pre-Paid and Post-Paid use entirely different networks and billing.

Well I used this coupon Monday at my local one here in Owensboro, ky and used my phone to show them instead of a printout and the girl cashier scanned it and said $0.00 and she scanned it a few more times and said same thing, asked where I got it at? I said I received it but proclaimed I got it on my email, she called this one main manager over and I told them I was purchasing this ONLY with the coupon If it works, he overridded the computer and took $10 off, I was happy!

Today, I went again, and all different employees working, same store, and had a print out this time of the coupon, I showed it, he scanned it, nothing showed up, he called this one girl over, she got it to scan but quickly walked away and dropped it in this slit which looked like to be a coupon box (thought they put coupons in the register like it says on the coupon or some type of folder) but when he looked at the computer it showed $0.00 again, he called her back over and said it's showing it didn't take nothing off, she tried to put her hand in the little slit to take the coupon back out but she looked at me and said, "do you have the coupon that you can show on your phone? I threw the coupon in the shredder, I'm sorry", I'm here thinking shredder? She looked at him and said I can't get it out of the shredder, so I showed her, he stood back and she read over my phone over the coupon and she was reading the part about post paid, I said, "the next part shows prepaid" so she read it and then she said, "this might not be working since the phone is already on sale", then she called a manager which happened to be another woman, she looked it over quickly and said, "we can't use this nice it's already on sale and also, these ain't our coupons, we never heard of valpak before, so I went ahead and got it since I wanted it for my girlfriend.

I want to get one more for my friends birthday so I'm thinking of trying on Saturday and maybe another shift crew is working but I go to valpaks main page and it shows it first thing, $10 off any prepaid phone from best buy.....

So everyone, YMMV....
