I'm adding mine back. As an owner of this phone running the most current software release of 5.1.1 I must say I love this phone. It runs great, fits great in my hand and it's price is unbeatable. I have owned A LOT of phones and this is definitely on my short list of best, I sold my G3 to keep this one. The throttling does happen but that's only if I am playing graphic intensive games for more than 5-10 minutes.

I am adding this back.

I would recommend people to not buy this phone, since it has snapdragon v2.0 and not v2.1 which came with some hardware revisions for prevention of aggressive throttling.

So this phone has faulty main processor and the adreno GPU is also underclocked on this phone compared to the newer phones with SD810.

I know it's up for debate as to whether or not this is a better deal than the G3, but that's like saying the GS6 Edge needs to be $350 or whatever. It's a slick deal at $250. What else can you get for $250? The new Moto G with 2gb RAM and a bag of chips?

I have the phone now, its a serious steal at $250.. people asking for less than $200 is pretty much trolling.

But if a bag of chips did come with the new Moto G, I'm definitely would switch.

I'd take the GFlex2 any day of the week. Snapdragon 810 > 801 and it's not like G3 handled quad HD, anyway.

Though 810 isn't too impressive of an upgrade over the 801 so if you're a true Slickdealer and already own a device with a Snapdragon 800/801 I would hold out until a device with a Snapdragon 820 goes for $200, which is probably 1.5 to 2 years away.

Hopefully the recent contract changes will result in more deals like this on Verizon phones. But then again, I'm seriously considering dropping Verizon in the next few months.

Does anyone see this additional 10% off? OMG

This makes the deal even slicker!!! I would assume it is YMMV but it shave off another $25 to the price and with $5 ebay bucks it would make this phone be at $220.

YAY! Savings! heart
