For those of you who receive this TV, can you post what version number you got? It is usually 4 digits and it can be found on the label on the box. This will help is learn what panel is being used in the TVs.

Yes. It is true 120Hz.
Here is the source: http://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/fa...-trumotion
http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/...sung/j6200

I did a lot of research on TVs recently and came across rtings, which is a great website.
As stated in the links above, Motion Rate in 2015 Samsung 1080p is not to be confused with CLEAR Motion Rate, which is the term used in the 2015 Samsung 4K TVs and earlier TVs. Motion Rate in 1080p sets represent the native refresh rate. This is a 120Hz native refresh rate TV.

In brief for Samsung:
2015 1080p: Motion Rate = Native refresh rate
2014 and older and 2015 4K: Clear Motion Rate is usually double native refresh rate.
