Thread Details

I found this at Rakuten.com from seller Velocity Prime. I paid $11.33 all in for a case of 24 bags, which is great considering these are usually $3.99/bag:

Ginger People Ginger Chews Hot Coffee flavor 3 oz (case of 24) $6.04 + shipping. YMMV, but promo code "REWARDME" for 5% back in Rakuten Super Points still showing.

Scroll down until you see "More buying options" and/or look for Seller Velocity Prime.

If you love chewy candies, spicy-sweet ginger, and coffee, then these are for you.

Case of 24, ridiculously chewy, spicy-hot-ginger-coffee-candies individually wrapped in 3 oz bags. Great for tossing in handbags, stuffing in drawers, pockets, or under your pillow. You'll be glad you got a case because these things are addictive!
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Thanks OP I put in for a case. It cost a little over $11 for the case with shipping.

I've never had this brand but did eat some Ginger candy in the past and it was pretty good. Figure I can throw it in a jar at the office for everyone to enjoy.

I love all the ginger chew candy brands. Trying to figure out if this is a better deal than Puritan.

On Amazon I think the lowest I've seen them was $12 a pound.

Oh don't forget cash back sites.

They are $3.99/bag at PuritanPride and $4.95 now @Amazon, $2.29 @ Vitacost.
This deal is for a case of 24 bags for under $12. I have not seen a case for under $44. This is under $12 shipped.

24 3oz bags = 72 oz divided by 16 oz (pound) = 4.5 lbs of candy for under $12 = $2.66/lb or $0.17/oz (if my math is right)

The seller, Velocity Prime, has many other deals similar to this one on other Ginger People products. However, shipping is for each item, so it does add up quickly, but all-in-all, still a pretty good deal.

I hope not. And if we do I hope rakuten has the good sense to enforce the rules on sellers!

Gizmole, you were correct. I received my one bag yesterday. Left a message with seller and Rakuten gave me a full refund last night.

Would have liked to have a case, but one free bag is okay too.
