Runs just fine on Win 10 for me; recommend using a 360 controller though for smoother game play.

Here are a few websites showing the benchmarks and performance on PC. If you are looking to play this at 1440p or 2160p resolutions, you would need higher VRAM so the new R9 3xx series cards would do well.

Thanks. But I was speaking more towards the frames per second on a medium-to-high end machine. I'm hoping for something close to 60 FPS @ 2560x1080.

Thanks. I'll take a look at it when I get home as my company blocked both of those sites. I've got an i5 4670k at stock speed with an R9 290x.

Game is all right but pretty short, I played on Xbox One and was done in probably under 8 hours. Worth a rental or something but not really something you are going to play any more of after a single play through.

It was fun playing it after recently binge watching through Spartacus though

Just FYI the historic low for this game is 9.99 from GameStop back in January http://slickdeals.net/f/7627340-ryse-son-of-rome-9-99-gamestop-pcdd-drm-steam?src=SiteSearch. I think there should be room for going lower.

Sure. R9 290X should be similar to R9 390 minus the extra 4 GB VRAM which unless you are going 1440p and above, shouldn't be a problem. Found some videos for R9 290X
