i jumped on this deal, even though i preordered this on Adorama. many thanks to the OP.
earlier this month I tried buying the 55EC9300 from eastcoastTVs and they would not ship it at the advertised price (scammers!).

IMHO, this is better than 55EC9300. webOS2.0 vs 1.5, 4k streaming support, newer generation. the only drawback i see is one fewer HDMI. too bad no reviews available.

Great deal on the newer model considering it just came out. I bought the 55EC9300 and love it. Also bought mine from BuyDig and had no issues with purchasing and delivery from them on eBay.

Nice to see the LG OLED prices dropping ... hoping the 65" 4K version start dropping nicely next year when I look to upgrade.

Too bad 4x eBay bucks expired, but if you haven't used your $20 off $100 eBay coupon if qualified it would be good time to use it on this tv.

Receiver or HDMI switch solves the problem nicely. The number of hdmi ports should never be a limiting factor.

This is 1080P only TV so 4K streaming is mute and irrelevant!

yes, but if you have 4k video signal, this one will play it (in 1080p of course) while the traditional 1080p HDTV will not. do you get it now?

when having a tv shipped, are we supposed to check the tv before the delivery man leaves? and do we check it while it's on, like to see if there's good picture quality, or just check it to make sure the glass isn't broken?

i don't know if most delivery people would wait for an inspection.
