Tiger Direct Rebate Dilemma?

Each were approved on a same day and mailed in a single envelope - I never received.
Rebate center said I call AMEX - spent 2hrs on the phone for them to track it as the tracking #s are useless for them.
They sent it again - waited 3 weeks and again never received.
Contacted AMEX - they tracked it again and re-mailed - at this time they gave me the last 4 digits of the rebate cards. Still never received.
I emailed the rebate center with the last 4 digits and they were going to pass it escalation team and wanted 2 weeks for it - never heard back and when I followed up with Rebate Assurance team, they got back to me with a date of mailing.
When I received the 3 cards and tried to purchase, 2 cards came "Not Authorized". I contacted the Rebate Assurance team - they were just email processors! At this time, no one can say what are the tracking #s for these two rebates out of the three I had issue with.
Rebate center told them it was cancelled because I contacted the rebate center (not true) and they informed the fraud dept and ordered a replacement. I asked the Rebate Assurance team to provide phone records to prove my calls. They then went quite. The two cards came shortly and they were good! Rebate Assurance team would not give me any incentive to shop again.
Worth rebating with TD? Whole thing took closer to 6 months.
AMEX CAN NOT track your rebate with the tracking # - rebate card mailer will have no tracking # either.
