Been going on for a while with Amazon's contracted Same Day delivery services. (Forgot the business name), Ok now I remember they are called "OnTrac" Notorious for marking packages delivered when they weren't. Think it had to do with the payment structure. More delivered, better payout from Amazon.

Clean criminal records for the RECIPIENT? I've never had to do a background check to make an online order...

But I'm assuming you mean if the deliverer just took the package and didn't deliver it. Not sure, then.
