* · Each Point Transfer must include a minimum of 1,000 points and any additional points must be in increments of 1,000. There is a maximum of 500,000 ThankYou Points that you can transfer per Points Transfer. Following the Points Transfer, the resulting reward currency will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Travel Loyalty Program.
· A submitted request to transfer Points may not be canceled and the points in a submitted request may not be returned to your ThankYou Account.
· In order to transfer your ThankYou Points into Virgin America Elevate Points using the Points Transfer feature on thankyou.com, you must have a valid Elevate membership account, and the first and last names on your ThankYou Account and on your Elevate member account must match.
· Citi is not responsible for, or affiliated with, Virgin America. Citi makes no representation regarding travel services or loyalty programs provided by any of the travel loyalty programs that participate in Points Transfer.
· Visit thankyou.com/terms for full Terms & Conditions. Transfers will be made immediately, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed
· Once transfer is complete, login into your Elevate account at virginamerica.com and follow the procedure for redeeming your Elevate points or call Virgin at 1-877-FLY-VIRGIN (877-359-8474).
· Award travel booked over the phone is subject to a $20 booking fee

Meh, there is a 2:1 transfer rate, so not really great. If it was 1:1 + 25% bonus, then this would be slick.

I don't know how I missed that when I was looking at this a week ago. 1000:625 is not slick. Not when I can get 1.6cpp on CASH fares on AA/US.

As a side note, you can transfer to Virgin Atlantic at 1:1 and they can book on Virgin America if you do it over the phone.
