Personally, I bought 4 items from this seller (Fire Phone) and have had zero complaints. The issues with the Fire Phone also affected all eBay sellers, not this seller in particular, so it's not clear how the links above are relevant.

People are mad because they didn't get prime, nothing wrong with this seller

A shining example of why you shouldn't care about the frontpage Sony C4.

Many questions about networks, 5.1.1 upgrades, rooting and modifications were answered in the previous LG Flex 2 thread. Check them out here.

This is truly awesome phone for this price and I cannot recommend it enough. Be warned though, it does take a little bit of work make it reach its' full potential. I'm not a power user but my battery stats after cleaning the phone up are below. Those stats are with everything on except bluetooth, which I activate when needed, and push notifications, which I disable for most apps.

Out of all the state that seller could locate in, he is located in California. 25$ tax is pretty heavy

This phone is better in every way than the Sony C4. It has an OLED Screen, android 5.1 (OTA AT&T update required), 3gb of ram, faster cpu, DOUBLE the talk time, and is gorilla glass.

The only downside is: Its an LG. I have had nothing but bad luck with LG products from phones to Tvs. Sony isnt too reliable with quality control either though.....All the same good find. Reps

FYI: This phone is not 4k dispite various sources saying it is.

It is rootable but like I said, please, if you have any questions check out the other thread and use the "search this thread" button.

I ask this not to be a jerk but, as you'll see in many smartphone threads, the same questions get asked over and over again. This tends to gunk up the thread making it hard for people to find the questions and answers they're looking for. Plus you'll learn a lot more when you search for a few minutes.

Please edit so people are not misinformed. This does not have a 4K display. It's 1080p. It also doesn't have 5.1 right out of the box. The 5.1.1 update is an over the air update from AT&T and can be quite the pain to receive if you're not an AT&T post paid customer. This has been covered in the previous Flex 2 thread.

If you absolutely need the 4K display go with the G3. Otherwise, performance and battery life are better on the Flex 2 after the 5.1.1 update. I also find it more comfortable to hold. I prefer the better overall experience to the display resolution gain but that is entirely up to you.

Unless you are planning on rooting and flashing a third party ROM, the G3 isn't worth. It is 2 generations older in hardware compared to the Flex. The 5.1 update fixes a lot of the initial problems the device had at launch. The Flex 2 hardware is a lot more future proof and better performing.

Only the yet to be released Sony Xperia Z5 priemium has a 4K display. The G3 has a2560x1440 display-it isnt 4K.

The obvious trade between the Flex 2 and the G3 is a resolution drop in exchange for the curved (and slightly bendable) form-factor, but keep in mind that the Flex 2 has a non-removable battery and a locked bootloader as well, if those are important to you. LG may or may not offer to unlock the bootloader at some point, as it has done with some other phones.

this is probably the better phone but the g3 would come with warranty while this shouldn't.
