What's the best place to go with (I will need 2 iphones and I want 6s Plus) to start a family plan ? I am going to be a new customer to whoever I end-up signing with. Please suggest.

International Travel ..Yes 30-60 Days in a year
City : Chicago (Mostly going to be in or around Chicago)

As I travel 3-4 times in a year for total of 30-60 Days , I need to get the phone unlocked soon.

It's hard not to recommend t-mobile if you travel 1-2 months year. You'l get basic data and text messaging in most countries (other than Africa..) right when you land until you can find a local sim if you prefer. If you go to Canada/Mexico it's not roaming at all.

Can't speak to coverage but I'd imagine around Chicago it should be fine and the 6s/+ has band 12 LTE. NYC is solid.

2 lines for $100 promo is still on (10gb LTE data each): http://www.t-mobile.com/offer/10g...-plan.html

Just buy the iphone from the Apple store without a carrier so you get an unlocked model - then take it to t-mobile to get service.
