For those that missed out last time, Costco.com has the #1 selling baby thermometer Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer [costco.com] for $32.99 - $7 manufacturer's discount - $10 Friends & Family Rebate [exergen.com] - $10 Mother's Rebate [exergen.com] = $5.99 + tax for Costco members. (Non-member surcharge is 5%.) Shipping is free. Both rebates have limit of 3 per person.

The thermometer actually works for all ages.

Price at Costco B&M is $29.69 (thanks isokramer), which reduces to $2.69 after discount and rebates.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Hmmm...

Bought this almost a year ago from amazon, any idea if I could still qualify for a rebate? I don't see a purchase date range anywhere on the rebate form...

Amazon has it for similar price. Wonder if the rebates would work.

How long to get rebates back?

Has anyone successfully received both rebates (mother's & friends & family) on 1 thermometer? Both rebate forms say 'cannot be combined with any other offer' & 'limit one rebate per item.'

I got them both last time they ran this. Don't remember if it was a year or two though. Wish I could jump, but not sure if I'd qualify for this again.
Great thermometer though!

That's just standard rebate language. I received both $10 rebates without incident in about 8 weeks time. Exergen's website [exergen.com] advertises $20 ($10 + $10) rebate offer. You can do a screen capture for extra peace of mind.

Had one but never worked reliably, comparing to Braun ear thermometer.

I too had reliability problems ... until I realized I had to take the protective cap off when using the device.

All of the forms require the bare code. Do you duplicate it or just send them all in one envelope?
