Folks. If you are having with the rebate, I emailed Staples Rebate this morning and in less than two hours I got a resolution. Here is what I said:

Email was sent to: Staples.Rebates@parago.com

Re: Order #: *************, Rebate Tracking #: ********** & Rebate#: 15-35061.

Attached please find the sales receipt. I am writing to inform you that I did chat with Mr. Yahira at Staples Rebate Site on October 15th, and he instructed me to email the sales receipt along with my name, address, and phone number because my rebate is not showing up even though I submitted it on the 14th of October.

My Name
Address
Phone Number

Please let me know of anything I need to do to allow this process to be completed. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

My name.

Here is what I got: Dear Mr. David,

Tracking Number: Old tracking number *************

Thank you for providing us with the purchase details. However, I am pleased to inform you that I was able to create a new record for you under the correct promotion. Your new tracking number is ***************.

Your $50.00 Visa prepaid card should be mailed within the next 4 to 6 weeks at the same following address:

My address

The card will arrive active and ready for use anywhere Visa is accepted. Be sure to swipe it as credit even though it says debit. Also, there will be a website on the back of the card which you can use to follow your balance and transactions. Also, an insert will be included in the envelope with additional card usage tips. You can also confirm the status by visiting www.stapleseasyrebates.com with the tracking number above. Once the card is mailed out the status will change online.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority! Have a great day Mr. David.

Staples Rebate Customer Service

Hope that helps. Rep localdeals.

-----------------------------------------

Note: If you have the CSR re-do your rebate, when you get your new tracking number, it will be considered a "Mail-in" rebate. Therefore, you must track it from the mail-in tab, not the easyrebate tab.

Worked for me. Thanks OP.

Here's a small screenshot from my part. I just did a basic selected screenshot of the page that didn't show any of my personal information (too lazy to do editing): http://puu.sh/kFJbT/89288495f6.png

The item up top is a 12 ct box of Sharpies that are $6 after coupon. Then below that are the two shredders. As you can see, it took $10 off the shredders for the special deal, and it allocated the $20 off Visa Checkout between the shredders and the sharpies. Then taxes get involved.

So after the $50 worth of rebate cards get included, I'll have spent $10.46 out the door for 12 sharpies, and 2 shredders, taxes and shipping included. I didn't care for the filler items, and I'm in need of some sharpies. Big Grin

Sadly there are no staples in my city, I'd have to drive a good 70 miles iirc.

the key to helping these last is to never feed them 8 sheets at once, not even more then 2-3 sheets at once. after every couple of feeds check the bottom side of the cutting teeth to make sure the teeth arent jamming up with paper. dont let the bin over fill else the shreds will back feed into the cutting gears. oh and dont be a damn fool, unplug it first before cleaning.

I do not see visa promo in my account. Is there any step that is required? I just added items to cart and after checking out with visa checkout, don't see $20 off Frown
