Fry's had it for $150 on promo-code and they also had a manufacturer's no-sales tax promotion a couple of months back. Picked one up for $150 flat.

Would it be worth paying the extra $30 for this over the Crucial MX200 or is the performance comparable?

Careful on Samsung SSDs. Performance of drives haven't held up over time. Would not get another one.

Any models in particular?

Was wondering if anyone knew if the 3D V-NAND have been performing equivalently to the previous non-3D, or any issues

I looked this up earlier, and the performance seemed to be quite different (per a website doing side-by-side comparison of speeds, etc).

But I don't know enough information personally to make a judgment, I'm still new to SSDs
