Thread Details

We have been doing our best to get everyone we can on quickpay/clearxchange etc and have done a pretty good job but still have some holdouts and anti-tech people who refuse to use it. At this point we write around 5-15 checks a month - all contractors and vendors - no payroll.

Aside from just doing it through quickbooks, is there any simple site/program etc anyone can recommend that will either have a low plan or let you pay per check? Don't need bells and whistles.

Thanks all

Does your bank not allow you to do it for free? I think you can even d/l the list of payments to include them in Quikbooks.

Nope they don't unfortunately. It's not enough to need to dl and some are random/not entered anywhere else so I need something simple that I can just just type in and print as needed...

Thanks - definitely not changing banks/accounts though - hopefully all banks will offer this soon. Someone recommended Checkeeper which looks like what I need and is only $10 a month - will probably give that a try.
