Buyer Beware. I ordered this phone from the same seller last week and the phone isn't new or sealed as described by the auction. The box was open and only 8 months of warranty, according to Motorola, is remaining on the device.

Warranty Checker: https://imeidata.net/warranty/motorola

Received it pretty quickly, ordered on 10/14 and delivered on 10/17 in Los Angeles (priority shipped USPS). Phone had been opened and resealed. Turns out, this is a Project Fi phone so I'm assuming they opened it to remove the Fi SIM card. Activated it on T-Mobile with no problem although when I boot up the phone, it asks me to complete Fi activation. Then it goes away and doesn't come back unless you reboot again. Not a big issue. Maybe related to the fact that there's a T-Mobile SIM in there. It's up to 5.1.1 now so we'll see how it goes to get to 6.0. Overall the phone was new though with all accessories untouched. Warranty till 7/2016. So not exactly as 100% described, but not bad and good enough for the price.

- you can turn off app notifications in settings for google fi - will make the activation message go away.

Same seller as the previous deal. FWIW, I ordered one from him last Wednesday, and he only sent it out yesterday (though he was honest about shipping taking long).

With the 6P soon to be in wide release, I still think these can hit $249.99 very soon. If you can wait just a couple of more weeks, I would hold off.

I keep thinking this too, but I'm going to be livid if they all sell out by then. They seem to be going like hotcakes at $300

If they do then just go buy one on CL. There are a ton of NIB ones here in SLC.

That would worry me if only a few sellers had stock, like the Fire Phone. But everyone from Walmart, Newegg, Amazon, Overstock, etc. all have the Nexus 6 still available. They are not going to want that year old model collecting dust on the shelf. They will flow back down the distribution chain to the liquidators in droves. I would bet within 30 days we will see $299-329 on sites like Amazon, and the big ebay mobile liquidators down to around $250, maybe even a bit less.

They really went overboard with the pricing when this thing first came out.
