The offer should show up under "offers" in the mobile app. Looks like it could only be used once per account.

Offer good until 10/19/15

Previous offer said Valid through 12AM PST on 10/19/15, now the offer shows a Valid through date of 12AM PST on 10/26/15. If it doesn't show up again next week for another week, it will end on Sun night 10/25 at midnight and not be valid on Mon 10/26.

Why they say valid through 10/26 when it expires at 12AM on 10/26 and therefore is not valid on 10/26 I have no idea. Someone or a lot of someones don't know the difference between 12AM and 11:59:59PM.

According to Taco Bell customer service, you need to spend over $20 to get up to $10 off.

Darn legal weed. I currently can't say no to half priced taco shits. You best believe I'm going to get 20 beefy Frito's burritos.

Also, I'd guess this could work multiple times if you create an account on another phone or tablet?

Keeps making jump through hoops, make an account, turn on location services, and then still no half off offer. Just brings up a blank map.

So, you two are saying you can't locate any taco bells via the app? For me, it works.

Likewise. The manager called me and told me software they are using can't handle mobile/online ordering. Taco Bells in nearby smaller towns do offer it. One would think TBs would use the same order processing system nationwide?

He lied. The corporation provides fund for the store to run these kind of promos. The store manager, owner probably wants to keep extra profit.

Well, I did make an explicit complaint directly to corporate, and they referred it to her for follow-up. So, hopefully corporate will investigate.
