Edit: LL told me all orders will be completed by 11/13 - so max four weeks. (Delivery may take up to eight weeks if you ordered later and ordered items that were OOS.) A few people said they were charged when the order was placed, but have not confirmed whether a cc validation HOLD was placed or whether they were actually charged. Most of us were charged when the order shipped or when we picked it up.
If you pick up a partial order, they will cancel the rest, best to wait for the full order to pick up anything.
The tools themselves are pretty good, well worth waiting for according to most people

I talked to Natasha in the corporate office and she is adamant that they HAVE TO charge me in full for product that is back ordered and that they do not even know if/when they will receive it! My only options are wait or a full refund, they can not even ship what they have in stock, just a full order!
I see an AG complaint in their near future.. You cannot charge someone in full and then tell them it will ship 2-3 months later. Can you imagine if Lowes or Home Depot did this? They would be out of business in a heartbeat.
