IOGear GKM561R keyboard keys not working

It seems like all of a sudden most of my top row of keys do not work with my HTPC keyboard. QWERUIOP do not work on the keyboard (however T and Y work fine in the same row). I took the screws out to take the cover off but it just removes the border around they keys. I popped off the E key but there is no dust or anything beneath it. (It's also kind of a pain getting the key back in place).

Is there any other type of fix? What would cause eight keys to go out simultaneously like that?

For a little while it seemed like if I pressed one of the keys enough times it would then start working like normal. But now I can't get it to work at all.
