If you purchased any Kashi food products labeled as “all natural,” “100% natural,” or “nothing artificial” between 5/3/2008 and 9/4/2015, then you may be entitled to over $27.50 from the Kashi All Natural Food Class Action Lawsuit.
The class action lawsuit claims that certain Kashi products were not “all natural” as their labels claimed but rather contained ingredients that were genetically modified organisms (GMOs). As a result, Kashi has agreed to a $4 million settlement fund for class members that fill out a timely claim form. If you do not have proof of purchase for these products, you can receive up to $27.50 when you file a claim. Customers that do have proof of purchase have no limit on their settlement award.

A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit which claimed that the marketing of certain Kashi products as “All Natural” or “100% Natural” or “Nothing Artificial” was not true. Kashi stands by its marketing and denies that it did any thing wrong. If you are a member of the Class in this lawsuit, you may make a claim by mailing or electronically submitting a Claim Form.

You may be a Class Member if you are not a California resident and you purchased between May 3, 2008 through September 4, 2015 one of the Kashi Products listed in Exhibit H to the Kashi Stipulation of Settlement for personal or household use. Excluded from the class are employees, officers and directors of Kashi and The Kellogg Company; persons that purchased the Products for the purpose of re-sale; retailers or re-sellers of the Products; governmental entities; persons who properly exclude themselves from the Class; the Court, the Court’s immediate family, and Court staff; and California residents.

The Court will hold a hearing on January 27, 2016 to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Settlement payments will be paid if and when the Court grants approval to the Settlement and after any appeals are resolved.

This is for the lawsuit between Kashi Company ("Kashi") and The Kellogg Company ("Kellogg") (collectively “Defendants”) and Katrina Garcia and Laura Eggnatz (“Class Representatives” or “Plaintiffs”).

Deadline to submit a Claim Form - January 19, 2016

I just started receiving a ton of spam to the email address I gave to this list. I created the email address just for this offer, so the All Natural Settlement list must be public (or have gotten sold/hacked).

Be sure to give a throwaway email account to them!

Can anyone confirm for sure that is legit? I've bought a lot of Kashi products over the last few years.

You are probably referring to the deadline for California state specific suit which is already settled.

Pls check http://slickdeals.net/e/7112484-kashi-rebate-class-action-settlement?v=1 for more details.
Settlement awards were way too high in that case

The judge issued a notice that there was an error writing dates and corrected it. Check the lawyers involved. Could be two different classes from different lawyers over a very similar issue. E.g. one might be about GMO mis-labeling and the other might be about allergen (gluten/nut/dairy) mis-labeling.

I too bought a lot over the last years but didn't keep all the receipts. I have filed the claim and believe it is legit.

True. The one posted by me is for the lawsuit between
Kashi Company ("Kashi") and The Kellogg Company ("Kellogg") (collectively “Defendants”) and Katrina Garcia and Laura Eggnatz (“Class Representatives” or “Plaintiffs”).

The one for which settlement is already done is for the lawsuit betwen

Skye Astiana, et al. v. Kashi Company, 3:11-CV-01967-H (BGS)
Thurston, et al. v. Bear Naked, Inc., 3:11-CV-2890-H (BGS) .
I belive this is the one for California state specific
