Need help finding a 2.5mm (male) to 3.5 mm (female) audio cable for Bose Quiet Comfort 25

I am used to Bluetooth headphones so hates cables especially in trains. On the other hand my Bose QC25 helps me keep my sanity in public transportation but are wired with a special cable. It has 2.5mm jack that goes in the headphone and 3.5 mm in audio source.

I found several cables that normally would do the trick but the 2.5mm end is very thin and about an inch of plug goes into the headphone. I have searched av sites and googled but nothing that I could find. Can someone assist

With this cable, I plan to hookup a BT receiver to make it portable.

Bose 720875-0020 Quiet Comfort 25 headphones with Inline Mic/Remote Cable (Blue) [amazon.com]

Nacodex(R) [ Male to Male ] High Quality 2.5mm Male to 3.5mm Male Audio Adapter Cable Work with Car AUX Male to Male for the Record Line Gps Navigation [amazon.com]
Dude, why do you make it hard for yourself? Bluetooth bose headphones are not noise cancelling but physically reducing a significant amount of surrounding noise. Either on ear version or new around ear version work fantastically

Thanks for the reply. let me clarify.

I already have noise cancellation but like the freedom of BT headphone. If I am going with the BT route than the cable that came with my headphones are unnecessarily long. See the link below for picture of what I am trying to get to

I don't know if you can get the high sound quality from a Bluetooth receiver.
Yet pricey, this one is designed to meet QC25 lover need for wireless:

I have the same problem too. BTunes is too expensive. I got MPOW bluetooth that i can put it in my car and it works great. But it would be amazing if i can find an adapter that can fit into the bose head phone. the one from amazing/ebay is all too big. If anyone can find an 2.5mm Male to 3.5mm Female that can fit all the way in the bose head phone I'll be grateful.

Bose built them that way on purpose. It's called creative marketing and gouging the consumer
