I bought one of these a while ago it's really nice. The aluminum case is solid and it is fairly small. output is around 36wh. and it recharges in 2-3 hrs from empty with a qc charger.

I picked one up to replace my "slow charge" battery pack. Glad to hear the good reviews/experiences by other Slickdeals members.

Looking forward to it!

Good deal. Hopped on this when it was ~$25. Quick charge on this works great with my Note 5 when I'm in a bind.

Wow, and I just purchased the 15000mAh one that was on the front page a couple of days ago. The 15000mAh is massive though.

this is perfect for 1 or 2 charges while visiting a theme park..

looks like a better deal then the front page one because it's slimmer and 5-6 bucks cheaper...

I'm just confused if it charges at 2.0 when charging it.. reviews are 50/50

I thought previous deal charged at 2.0

I like how they show the number of times you can charge a specific model and when it gets to the mini ipad, it states, "more than once" and "once" is even highlighted. Smilie

They have impressive marketing brochures; not sure the components actually stands up to the marketing through. Seems like a pretty good price for the device, even from DIY components (ie: buying a box and batteries). Now if you were to get your own (free) batteries and buy the case then it's an 'okay price'.

I read one of the reviews (somewhere, i dont recall where) that stated while it charged your device with Quick Charge technology, the pack itself does NOT charge with Quick Charge technology.

Either way, that was OK with me for the size/price. The other one was MUCH bigger. And, if i'm really using this to get by for a day with a couple quick charges, i should easily have enough phone life left to let this thing recharge overnight. IMO anyway. Smilie

Good deal. I would prefer the Anker [amazon.com] model, as that doesn't have a power button. I sent Anker an email suggesting they do a promo to match the Aukey price. Fingers crossed.

EDIT: Looks like the Anker does require a button press to begin charging. Not 100% sure, as some reviews say no button press required and others say there is.

Good call. I love Anker and their customer service. That'd be nice if they did PM it. I have no experience with Aukey's customer service, but Ankers was great (Had a car charger that had a port go bad).

It may very well be why Aukey stays out of the jump starter option for these: there components aren't exactly top-notch.

Please let us know if Anker does price match this deal. Would love to pick up an Anker as it looks pretty slick! Thanks!
