Why the thumbs down on this? I have been looking for this for a while and this is the best price I have seen recently.

seems pretty hot to me. I prefer tmobile version as well (I'm currently on one) and have it unlocked. Root is unlikely on this model so YMMV on that if you want custom roms.

EBay seller could be selling a counterfeit.

I bought an S5 from these guys and it's in perfect shape. The only thing was the battery was kinda bulgy. So I contacted them and they overnighted me a new battery which looks good and works great. Highly recommended.

Where was this a few weeks ago, ended up purchasing the Nexus 6 since I couldn't wait any longer for a Note 4 at this price.

Listing is for "manufacturer refurbished" but then the description states "This device has been refurbished at our approved repair center."

So not repaired by samsung? Totally would not buy it if that were the case, esp if they are trying to pass it off as manufacturer refurb when its just most likely seller refurb (aka used phones).

Says on the desc. that it's a samsung approved repair center.Don't know if there is any truth to it. Most sellers with 30k+ reviews tend to be trust worthy.

Right, so an ebay seller with 35,000 positive feedback is selling fake galaxy note4's, and that's not reflecting in his feedback. You should have just said the seller is actually Hitler in disguise. That makes about as much sense.
