You can refuse delivery if the box is damaged.

At the end of the day, it's being sold through ebay, so it doesn't matter what their return policy says if it arrives damaged. The seller can't make you pay for shipping and they can't charge you a restocking fee.

When the item isn't as described:

If you return an item because it's not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, or is missing parts, then your refund is:

Total purchase price plus original shipping equals total refund

In these situations, the seller can't charge a restocking fee and the seller pays the return shipping charges.
Great price but Adorama doesn't allow returns of TVs. Can't risk it given generally so many TVs get damaged during shipping.

What happens if it gets damaged? Do you have to disputes with your credit card company?

My guess is you try to get it covered by warranty with the manufacturer. Check their return policy for details.

I have the 40'' and use it for my PC and consoles. I keep it on PC mode and am not at all bothered by the small input lag. If it bothers you, turn on game mode which is great for this TV. I've had both the 50 and 40''. I thought the 50 was awesome for gaming, but it was a little hard to see stuff on the corners of the screen when web browsing, and since I also do work with this TV, I returned it for a 40'' which is perfect for my vision from 2 feet away. I probably won't buy another 4k TV until the prices for 80'' come down significantly.

Are you happy with the 40in as a computer monitor? My computer isn't strong enough for full 4k gaming but I'd use the monitor for light gaming and internet browsing and netflix. I was worried about judder with movies
