Password for SD.net.......update or lack of

I cannot gain access to my account so I had to create a new one. When ever I request a new password ter new one they send me via email will not work. I have copy and pasrted and entered it manually. No dice.
Any help appreciated. Year I have made sure of the obvious mistakes like cap lock and number lock being on.shake head

What browser are you using?
Are you getting an error message, or receiving a success message but can't log in?
