Pretty much no. Maybe 2-3% if you can find one on card pool, but I think people use scripts to auto-buy on that site, because I've never once been notified via email and seen it still in stock when I click link, even immediately after receiving it.

You might be able to achieve that much off (or more) on Craigslist. But be sure to not let the person walk with the cash until you've added it to your account.

Otherwise, your best bet may be a credit card that does rewards. For example, Discover has 5% cash back at Amazon, which doubles for be first year to 10%. Bit gift cards may be excluded. However, check other gift cards.

Kind of irrelevant unless you play online games, bit when I used to play WoW, people would sell in-game items/gold for Amazon gift cards. So selling/exchanging something else via Amazon gift cards may be a way for you to get them at a "discount."

Sorry, I meant check other credit cards. Mod, please merge. Still no edit capability on iOS.

Best bet would be to buy at a grocery store with a credit card like Amex Blue Preferred which will give you 6% off. Next best is with a 5% off quarterly offer like the one from Discover.

While it would be quite a bit of work to do so, you could also try flipping video games and gaming accessories to Gamestop, as they now sell Amazon Kindle(aka general Amazon credit) gift cards and you can use the credit from the trades on them.

Best Buy also used to carry them. I bought around $700-800 worth the one year from them. But they have since stopped carrying them. I guess they finally figured out that those gc's were funneling money away from the company and to a competitor.

By doing the above you could make your own discount without having to rely on a Groupon or other sale/discount.
