Deal Alerts: Registering a Mobile Device
On the SD website, while setting up deal alerts, I noticed that the "Mobile" option under the "Notification Method" parameter is greyed out. When I hover the mouse over the option, the tool tip pop-up says, "No devices registered".
I looked through the account settings and other config pages but I can't seem to find a way to register a mobile device.
I do have the SD app on my mobile. However, none of the alerts I had created on the SD website (using my login) show up inside the app even after logging in to my SD profile. Please note that the "Deal Alter Notification" setting is also turned ON in the SD app.
Could someone help please in case I'm overlooking something? Many thanks!
