I use Nuuvem a lot. It's a Brazilian site. Good thing about PC gaming is the codes are generally universal. I have also used G2A, it's a legit site.

You usually get the best deal purchasing a digital copy of it.

The cheapest price I found was for $43.99 via an origin key [playnswap.com].

The best way would be the cheapest. Skip the on release purchase and just buy it Black Friday week. Most Battlefield/FPS type of games around November release drop quite a bit to $40 or less. BF4 was about $24 if I remembering correctly the same month it came out directly from Origin(EA store).

Just keep an eye out for Ad leaks and pick the cheapest place.

Sometimes, yes. As long as you have a Steam key. Wherever you buy a code/key it should specify if it is a Steam key or not. Do yourself a favor and download Steam now because you will eventually be using it.

steam is more or less a platform. you can buy games through it, it keeps them updated and you can launch games through it. also keeps some stuff saved on the cloud for you as well as a social experience.
