Rebate rejected, Feeling its NOT FAIR.!!!!!!
I have ordered this product on Aug 13, 2015 and I have registered my rebate on the same day.
I need to submit my rebate documentation by SEP 12th.
However, I have not received the product till SEP 4th evening. And I was out of the time so I could not send the forms by Sept 12th. And around the same time, i informed Slick deals rebate contact number, about the delay in receiving the product. they said, they will consider 30 days from the day of receiving the product.
I have submitted rebate o after i returned home from trip and the documents received on n Sep 26th, This is still 30 days from Sept 4th (date i received the product).
Rebate processing center rejected with reason its should receive before SEPT 12th(30 day from date of purchase). In fact, this is 8th day after i received this product
I have called rebate center and explained the reason and my previous call details, then they asked me prof that i got this product on SEPT 4th.
I have submitted the tracking number and email prof from DELL when they shipped this product.
Once received, REBATE center again rejected my rebate with the same reason, that I should submit my rebate with in 30 days or purchase and not listening my explanation this time.
Since Slick deals is telling i should submit the rebate by SEPT12th, this is 8 days after I received my product why are they giving 30 days time to submit the rebate? The executive i was talking, saying i can submit this rebate in those 8 days :-(
I am feeling like I was cheated with this experience. However, learnt a lesson for teh cost of $30, that REBATE deals with Slickdeals is the WORST idea. I am still glad that this happened before THANKS GIVING and Christmas season, otherwise, i would have trapped with more money on this.
