Do NOT get this phone due to the camera. The camera is not auto-focus. That is a big deal when taking pics of smaller print like for checks for mobile deposits.

Any suggestions as to how/where to unload the pre-paid card (I'm on post-paid; do not need the card). Thanks.

Anyone know if there are still issues with unlocking these? I remember people were buying the MetroPCS version thinking they could easily unlock the phone (people were selling codes on ebay and elsewhere) but the phone would not show the unlock code entry field. Is that also the case with this phone, and has anyone found a way around that yet? I assume if you meet the requirements for unlock, there must be a way for a T-Mobile sanctioned unlock.

I don't think this phone is gonna knock anyone's socks off, but it is cheap phone with band 12 LTE.

Leon is a pretty crappy phone. Bottom end screen, lots of people reporting GPS signal drops, tinny sounding call quality, weak camera, and dismal battery life..all reasons why T-Mo is getting them off the shelf.

No, it cannot. But I did find a portion on the site that says "This $40.00 Prepaid Refill Card can be used for a monthly plan or for Pay As You Go."

Wondering if the refill card could also apply toward data side of prepaid...

Phone cannot be unlocked simply, cheapest unlock is through unlockscout for 21 usd. They need to be "server unlocked".
