Can anyone verify? I still see it at full 59.88 price

You have to go to checkout and it will reflect the new price. I was able to purchase it at 49.99 plus tax.

Better deal at Best Buy with GCU. If you are a member of Gamers Club I would get local and save some money.

Edit: I suppose BB will send it to you too. So my argument is slightly off, but it's still a better deal to do Prime for those who use Prime daily. I rarely buy games, so GCU doesn't make sense for me. To each their own.

Slightly better, but with the gas I'll save by having this arrive at my front door on release day makes the extra couple dollars worth it. For people who don't have taxed Amazon purchases, an even better deal.

This GCU argument is great and all..but they rarely have deals for nintendo so I never got the membership.

I thought Xenoblade was a shoo in for the additional 10 bucks pre-order too. Fingers crossed they will have some sort of deal for nintendo this year.

Doesn't GCU work on all games? I haven't gotten the membership yet, would me nice to know if there are stipulations before I get it.

Yes GCU works on all new game. But GCU is much better for XBone and PS4 owners as they get an additional 10 bucks back on new select titles (usually the most popular like COD) dropping the price of a Day one release to 38 bucks.

But nintendo rarely gets this bonus. You still get the 20% off any new games though. Not worth it for me YET since I see similar deals on Dell.com or other retailers without paying a membership fees.
