I'm assuming it's grey market, but for a brand new lens for this price, it's not so scary to pull the trigger.
I have this lens, it's on my camera 95% of the time. It takes beautiful portraits, just requires some leg work as it is a prime lens, meaning no zoom.

This is close to the rock bottom price I paid on a Bing Cashback deal 5 or 6 years ago. Excellent deal on a fast prime lens that will likely never have warranty issues. Great for both DX and FX bodies. Thumbs up.

Does it have warranty ?

This is not a wide angle lens on crop sensors. It's a standard prime.

Not sure why it's showing up so often as wide angle on slickdeals.

It's a DX lens. Not that is normally think of 35mm as wide anyway.

This lens is designed specifically for DX. If you shoot full frame with it you'll have significant vignetting or you have to change the crop factor to DX (which defeats the point of shooting full frame). There's a pricier 35 1.8 that will work on both.

I know this is a good low light lens for still shots. However, this would give me better video too in low light conditions using my D3300, correct?

Yes, with the trade off of not being able to zoom. I'm sure there is a forum discussion somewhere on the net explaining it better than I can. There are also videos on YouTube using this lens for low light vids as well. I'd give you some links but I'm on my phone.

I'm not a video expert, but I think no optical stabilization on this lens would make it a poor choice for video, unless you're going to stabilize the camera somehow else.

Is there any downside if it is grey market? I don't really know anything about DSLRs or the lenses but was thinking of getting this for my gf that recently bought one.

Lens don't have optical stabilization. I am not sure what you are trying to say.

Grey market = No 1 +4 year USA warranty + Nikon USA wouldn't even repair the lens if you get any issues. Just get one from authorized dealer. It goes on sale on and off all the time. Nice prime lens.

Gray market goods have no factory warranty, and receive no customer support from the legitimate importer. It's a gamble, if something goes wrong with the lens, depending on where you bought it, you're more than likely on your own. That's part of the reason this is so cheap. It doesn't include a warranty, or at least I couldn't find one.

Thanks for the info. I'll keep I'm mind that low price and lack of warranty probably means gray market.
