I just wanted to add ACLS to the list. I bought a TrueTrack glucose meter from Walgreens and was having a hard time finding the company name and number of the rebate processor. This company seems to process for quite a few companies their address is:
Whatever Rebate 108 Metropolitan Park Drive Liverpool, NY 13088 phone 315-457-9333 It had been 2 months since I sent the rebate in, I called the company today and they said the check was coming out tomorrow. Personally I think they are only sending the check because I called and just wanted to give other the chance to call. |

You can do it over the phone though: call Arrowhead at 1-218-327-1165. Regular office hours are 7am-4:30pm CST but they have "...for assistance after hours - press 7". I called at 5pm once and got to talk to a very nice lady. They will need your last name, zip code and promotion number or campaign name. http://www.apfco.com |
