For Office Depot rebates that take more than the promised time to arrive, call the Office Depot executive offices at (800) 937-3600 or (561) 438-4800 and ask for "Customer Relations". Explain the problem and they'll get you your rebate promptly. (This is only for rebates that are actually offered by Office Depot, not manufacturer's rebates for products that Office Depot sells.) This is especially useful for rebates that are handled by the Express Group for Office Depot.

beware of Parago, www.RebatesHQ.com they are the laziest and mis leading and ultimately, you may get less rebate what you are promised saying that they have send the card couple of times and each time they deduct some $6 or 9 per shipment and you don't have any clue or any proof.

STAY AWAY FROM WORLDWIDEREBATES.COM. Whoever is processing their rebates with worldwiderebates, just dont go for their rebates. I have lots a lot of money. I know I have sent all the forms, UPC etc to them. But they just deny you. Stay away.

The Canon information from the OP doesn't seem to work anymore. I have been trying to email Canon about a Rebate that hasn't been processed for several months even though I have the scans of the original UPC, Receipts and filled in forms.

Does anyone have a more up to date email address for me to contact?

I had similar problems with Parago on a rebate for a Samsung headset. They claim to have sent me my rebate three times. When I didn't receive the rebate card the first time, I called and they said they would issue me a new card for a $6 charge. I agreed, but it has been about 6 months and have still not received anything. I've called them dozens of times and the rep. claims he can verify that the cards were all received, but that he can't give me any tracking numbers as proof. I've tried calling Samsung, but they say they can't do anything because Parago handles their rebates.

Last time Parago did this to me on my Samsung bluetooth headset rebate. They flat out denied it because apparently I did not send the original UPC, which I obviously did. Of course since I could not send in the ORIGINAL UPC again since I did not have it, they would not approve my rebate. Eventually I called Samsung CS and got the run around until I got to the corporate office. Talked to the "Executive Director of Customer Relations" or something like that who was extremely polite and at first she did not know what to do, but then offered to have a conference call with Parago and see what she could do. Eventually we ended up strongarming them until a non-existent "manager" showed up and approved the rebate.

TL;DR: Basically you should try calling Samsung corporate office and complain about the rebate and see where it gets you. I did that and got my rebate.

If you are having rebate problems for a cable unlimited rebate, I would contact the retailer you purchased the rebate item from.
