This is a great deal, being under $300, especially if you care about getting the Pro version of Windows.

it's still showing up at the lower price on mobile Android but you can't add it to the cart successfully. it looks looks this comes with a blu-ray drive according to the specs on the mobile site.

Dell is so incompetent, would avoid buying anything from them. If you go to the regular customer chat support you will be on hold for over two hours and then they will patch you with a low level support who cant tell the difference between a keyboard and a mouse. Dell is very fast to sell you stuff, but if you run into any problems during the shipping and after you have the product they just ignore you.

just google DellSucks and you will see how they have taken advantage of thousands of people.

agreed. it's best to buy from them and never have to contact them again for anything...and I mean anything! They have the worst call and support system of any major company. Transferred multiple times, calls being disconnected, e-mails that take them weeks to respond to, etc.

It's amazing they've been able to get away with this level of service for years...it's definitely not the same company Dell himself built.

The "customer service" they have is just an insult to the consumer. No one has to deal with that crap. I only had to experience Dells "service" once to realize that they have no appreciation for the consumers. They remind me of the old Blockbuster DVD rental, before they went under.
