Hyundai is clearing up Genesis 2015 with rebate up to 10k

Might be local, but Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys and Commerce Hyundai in City of Commerce are participating.

to be exact my payment is $378.13 after tax, tax wise based on your county where you lived.
They're giving additional 2000 rebates for 2015 model...

so its 350 a month huh, i assume thats a good deal for this car, but i wonder are there decent cars out there that one can lease for 200 month or is that too low?

nissan clearance is coming up... I was going to wait; but my wife was against it... last year you could get sentra for $99/month w/ 0 down.
bmw is also running $130/month for its electric car because all of the electric car rebates this year only.

Some states charge sales tax as a percent of each lease payment, but a few are worse: you pay sales tax on the entire value of the car, which you can pay up front or spread among your monthly payments.

I once moved from a state that taxed the entire car to one that taxed the monthly payments. It was classified as a "use tax," so I got stuck paying tax twice.

How much down? Seems like a few luxury makes are doing nearly $4,000 at signing for a 24 month low mileage lease, which is really just hiding an extra $167/month
